How does it work?
It’s simple! On vacation or at an event and need short term child care provided by a trusted provider? Call, text, or click on the scheduling link and we come to you at your venue or lodging complete with age appropriate activities.
What are the nannies’ qualifications?
Previous childcare experience, an extensive interview process, comprehensive background check, drug screen, and personal/professional reference check, and possession of Nationally Recognized CPR/AED Certification
Can I get the same nanny every time?
We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, this is subject to availability.
How do I pay my nanny?
Your credit card will be pre-authorized during the booking process and charged at the conclusion of services of services rendered.
Can I find out about my nanny in advance?
Included in your booking confirmation will be a link to your nanny’s profile.
How much notice do I need to give?
Eight hours’ notice is required. However, based on availability short notice service is available, but subject to a $50 fee.
Are youR nannies vaccinated?
We respect the personal choices of our employees, therefore we do not require them to provide vaccination status. However, should you prefer your nanny to wear a facial covering while providing services we’ll be happy to accommodate.
Is there a cancelation policy?
Reservations canceled within 24 hours of scheduled service will be charged 50% of the scheduled amount. There is no cancelation fee for reservations canceled more than 24 hours in advance of service start.
When do you charge mileage?
15 miles within 1414 Parkway Sevierville is included in your reservation. Every mile thereafter is subject to a 60 cent per mile fee to your sit location.
