Your credit card will be pre-authorized during the booking process and charged at the conclusion of services of services rendered.

 Yes. Most importantly, included in your booking confirmation will be a link to your nanny’s profile and nanny information.

Eight hours’ notice is required. However, based on availability short notice service is available, but subject to a $50 fee.

We respect the personal choices of our employees, therefore we do not require them to provide vaccination status. However, should you prefer your nanny to wear a facial covering while providing services we’ll be happy to accommodate.

Reservations canceled within 24 hours of scheduled service receive a charge of 50% of the scheduled amount. Furthermore, we do not charge a cancelation fee for reservations canceled more than 24 hours in advance of service start.

Included in your reservation is 15 miles within 1414 Parkway, Sevierville. Every mile thereafter is subject to a 60 cent per mile fee to your sit location.
